A mail sent out to groups, mailing lists and forum requesting papers and unpublished data for a meta-analysis:

Dear Colleagues,

We are conducting a meta-analysis on the relationship between X and Y.
If you have published such data, we would appreciate it if you could point us to the reference, just in case we have missed it.
If you have any relevant unpublished data we would greatly appreciate the opportunity to include it in the meta-analysis.

In such cases the information we would need is:

    * The correlation matrix
    * What scales or method used for X.
    * What scales or method used for Y.
    * Internal reliabilities of X.
    * Internal reliabilities of Y.
    * Sample characteristics, including:
          * Sample size,
          * Country/ies
          * Nature of sample (students / organization / general population, etc.)
    * Reference for this data
    * If possible - a soft copy of the published/in-press article or draft or just the methods results sections to help us identify possible moderators.

Please send this information the following email: your@email.here

Thank you very much for your time, we look forward to hearing from you.
